SHIPPING POLICY

At Montacour, we are committed to ensuring a fast, reliable, and transparent shipping experience for all our customers. Please review the following guidelines carefully to understand how our shipping process works, what to expect, and your responsibilities as a customer.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after purchase from the warehouse, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Time

  • From the moment orders are processed, it takes between 3-6 days for us to deliver your order.

Shipping Fees

  • We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required.
  • Expedited or express shipping (if offered) may incur an additional fee, which will be shown at checkout before completing your purchase.

 

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has left the warhouse and is being shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to our tracking page.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

  • If your tracking information hasn't been updated after 2 business days, feel free to contact our customer support team: support@montacour.com.

Shipping Delays & External Factors

While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, certain external circumstances may cause delays beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather disruptions
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Local courier delays
  • National holidays or strikes
  • We kindly ask for your patience in such cases.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order:

  • Contact us immediately at support@montacour.com.
  • We will do our best to accommodate address changes before your order is processed.
  • Once the shipping process has started, we cannot guarantee any changes can be made.

Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or failed delivery attempts, we will notify you via email.


You will have the option to:

  • Request a reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply), or
    Request a refund minus original shipping & handling costs (if applicable).
  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

  • Double-check your delivery address.
  • Check with neighbours or your local post office.
  • Contact us within 5 business days of the marked delivery date.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, customs and import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
  • These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Montacour is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
